I've been really low energy today because of my brutal summer cold, so I tried to take a nap, but I couldn't stay asleep for very long. Today's post is going to be more photo heavy, since I can't seem to concentrate on writing right now. Actually I started writing this post over an hour ago, and it took me that long to write just these two paragraphs haha!
Hachiko statue
Despite having been to Japan 5 times, I hadn't gone to Shibuya very often. I still think I don't know Shibuya very well, but luckily I had the chance to meet friends there several times during my last trip. And it was the first time I actually saw Hachiko haha!
I had walked by the Hachiko statue a couple time in the past, but I never even realized where it was haha. But now that I've been there, I realize that it really is a convenient meeting spot. Well there's a lot of people there usually, but when I wear high-heels I can see over all their heads haha!
Many people waiting around Hachiko
I think that just letting the photos speak for themselves will be the funnest^^ Shibuya and Shibuya crossing is a great place to see many types of interesting people, plus the shops and signs are great too!
I'm sorry about the rather uninformative post today. My brain is totally out there man, haha! Tomorrow I hope I can have more energy and feeling more upbeat about myself. Oh and I'm happy that everyone enjoyed my sweets deco! I will definitely try to buy more deco pieces in Japan and make some more sweets deco^^
Lol, every single post doesn't have to be the best you've ever done. You're posts are so great that sometimes, especially when you are sick like now, we are lucky that you have energy to post at all. :-). Feel better.
ReplyDeleteI like those picture post a lot.
ReplyDeleteIt makes me more confident in my wish to visit Tokyo soon!
^o^
Oh that dog statue is in the DS game The World Ends With You which takes place in Shibuya and is made by the Kingdom Hearts people!
ReplyDeleteLOL my boyfriend's look alike is in your 3rd picture :)
ReplyDeleteI love picture posts, so don't worry ^-^ and I love Shibuya for taking pictures. In fact I think I might have a hundred photos of that crossing but every time I'm there again I just have to photograph it again. Usually my boyfriend has to make me stop and tell me to leave because otherwise I'd be there all day and we wouldn't get to go anywhere else XD
ReplyDeleteseeing your pictures really makes me hope the weather will get better soon! rainy season is just not as much fun as blue sky and bright sun are! You really captured the atmosphere of shibuya crossing very well~♡
