Everyone's suggestions were too kind, thank you #TT#
Speaking of! The winner was drawn yesterday, and contacted. If she does not claim the prize in 3 days, I will draw a new winner. Congrats Jerrica! And thank you for requesting more lens reviews, I have 3 pairs to review yet^^
And now on to the "main event" of this post - my Everyday Smokey Eye tutorial. I call this "everyday" not because it's something most women consider day makeup, but because this is my typical eye makeup on any given day.
ITEMS USED...
From left:Maybelline Eyestudio gel liner, Sephora Full Action mascara, Lorac Ooh La Lace Palette (colors used are marked), Too Faced Insurance eye primer, and NYX chubby pencil in Cottage Cheese
And of course whatever lashes you like to use, and your eyelash glue of choice.
I didn't show a step for priming, but I thought that would be rather boring to look at. I think the hardest step is creating the wing, the shape of the wing can create a variety of eye shapes/looks so just keep practicing to find what you like. And make sure to blend the lower liner with the darkest eyeshadow so that the line is not too harsh.
Though I don't play around with eyeshadows toooo often, I will try to create some more tutorials or do some tuts based off of magazine looks. If there's any questions about the tutorial just let me know.
